Jorel Lynch

Jorel Lynch is the Training and Technical Assistance (TTA) Coordinator for the Center for Addiction Recovery Support (CARS) program at One World Recovery Network (OWRN). With over 23 years of experience in coordinating, developing, and implementing training programs across various industries, Jorel has a wealth of knowledge to share with others. Her career includes coordinating large-scale training initiatives, supporting large organizations, optimizing Learning Management Systems (LMS), and delivering culturally responsive capacity-building programs.

Jorel is dedicated to making training accessible to all. She is a firm believer in kindness and the importance of supporting individuals on their unique paths. This passion is reflected in her commitment to creating inclusive and effective training programs that cater to diverse audiences. Her lived experiences with family members and close friends fuel her passion for supporting under-resourced communities and ensuring everyone has access to the resources they need to thrive.

Outside of her professional life, Jorel is an avid reader, music lover and a dedicated volunteer with animal rescue. She is also an active ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. She is always striving to make a positive impact in the lives of others."
