Oswald Newbold II is a criminal justice expert, certified conflict mediator, and social justice advocate whose lived experience fuels his commitment to policy advocacy and reform. He is the founder of Libra-Life International, a nonprofit organization advancing justice for marginalized communities and people impacted by the justice system worldwide. As a youth, Oswald witnessed some of his loved ones’ struggle with substance use. This inspires the work he does today. - Florida
