One World Recovery Network (OWRN) is developing the National Peer Reentry Professional Certification (NPRPC) — a national workforce certification designed to strengthen trauma-responsive, wellness-focused support for individuals returning from incarceration. Built on the power of lived experience, this credential aims to professionalize and evaluate peer reentry work nationwide.
A multi-state subject matter expert advisory committee, curriculum experts, and psychometricians have drafted the initial standards, competencies, and ethics for the credential. Now we're opening it up for broader input — to make sure the credential reflects real-world practice and community wisdom.
Your feedback will directly shape the final competencies and guide the upcoming curriculum development process.
